ask that you call us in advance.
24 hour notice required for single services
48 hour notice required for multi services
Otherwise you will be charged for your appointment.
Prepaid services and Gift Certificates have the same policy.
You must bring your gift certificate as payment for your services.
No call/No shows will result in all services forfeited.
No refunds on Gift Certificates or Pre Paid appointments:
However we do offer an in house credit and the ability to transfer services to another client.
